Tom Lewandowski, PA-C
Tom Lewandowski, PA-C was born and raised in Chicago. He attended the US Army Interservice Physician Assistant Program at the Army Academy of Health Sciences, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He has been practicing orthopedics at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute for 15 years. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.
Tom served in the military for 16 years. He is also an Iraq war veteran.
Elizabeth Adepoju, PA-C
Elizabeth (Lisa) Adepoju PA-C is from the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology earning a Bachelor of Science with studies in Biomedical Communications. She went on to graduate from The Physician Assistant Program at Cook County/Malcolm X College In 1991. Since that time has been working in Orthopedic Surgery specializing in hip and knee replacement. She continues to be an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is Board Certified from the National Commission of Physician Assistants since 1991.
