Stephanie Murthey, PA-C

Stephanie Murthey is a Physician Assistant to Dr. Sean Sutphen. Stephanie's practice includes assisting Dr. Sutphen in surgery and seeing patients during clinic. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with specialization in Health Promotion from Michigan State University. She then secured a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wayne State University, graduating with honors.

Stephanie is from the Northern Suburbs of Chicago and upon graduating from Wayne State University, she returned home to join Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, where she specializes in knee and hip replacement. Stephanie's passion for an active lifestyle is the drive behind her career to help keep her patients active. When Stephanie is not at IBJI, she enjoys yoga, running along the lakefront, and spending time with her family. Stephanie continues to be an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is Board Certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
